Hi! Welcome to TFALG.org, which stands for: Tears from a Lonely God. TFALG is a book, not yet commercially published on paper, and this site is simply an online outlet for this work. This site was created by the author of the book, (that’s me), Eric Meier.

(Actually, what you are reading is the weblog, meant to be a supplement to the book, and written in the same style. The actual book is available to be read online at the main website: http://www.tfalg.org)

TFALG was written from a unique perspective: it is as if God has sat you down on a park bench, and as a loving father He is having a heart-to-heart talk with you. You can view a brief history of how this book all came about here.

However, here on the weblog the format is a bit more open-ended. I will share any number of my own writings, poetry, sayings, Bible verses, videos and other multimedia material. There’s just a few principles I have for this weblog:

1. I seek to edify and encourage the body of Christ.
2. I always try to keep my material fresh and original.
