God’s
Riches
At
Christ’s
Expense

What I love about acrostic poems is that they’re so simple, and yet so memorable. I originally heard this GRACE acrostic several years ago, and yet it’s still as fresh and vivid now as in the day that I heard it.

And the Bible attests that it is true: grace is God’s riches (to us) coming at Christ’s expense (on the cross).

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, -Romans 3:24-25
